Tasks
• Audit arrangement, management and follow up
• Administration and management of different checklists, findings and actions
• Data processing
• Intelex maintenance
• Maintain the personal and training records of S&C personnel
• Monitor S&C personnel training needs and take action as necessary
• Organize internal and external trainings including the scheduling of times, location and trainees, travelling arrangements (if
• applicable)
• Manage and track the supplementary procedure documents, forms, checklists, letters and other records
• Manage and track internal training materials (supervision of revision timelines, task assignments, material revision numbers
• and storage on company server etc.)
• Prepare and manage meeting minutes to S&C meetings as required
• Manage the office duty requests of S&C personnel as necessary
Expectations
• Proficiency in English

• Organised and disciplined
Min of 30 hours / 3-5 days a week, min. 3 months
