Procurement and Logistics Process Excellence Trainee

We are looking for a Trainee in Procurement and Logistics, who will join our Electrification Area in Hungary, and will help the P&L Team by accelerating and consolidating the launch of an international project that involves the implementation of a digital platform for exchanging data with suppliers. This is a great opportunity to get experience with a new platform and build expertise in the field of Procurement & Logistics. Location: Hungary, Budapest (Balance Hall) and some home office option.
Tasks
- Verifying the consistency of the supplier's input data
- Monitoring the operation of the platform and its functions
- Providing help and assistance to suppliers for the correct production of data
- Using the platform on a daily basis according to the guidelines
- Interpreting the output KPIs
- Relaying questions that have been raised related to the platform to the main support team
Expectations
- Active university student status in Hungary (preferably in the field of Logistics/Economics)
- You can work at least 30 hours / week
- Good digital background and Excel knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Fluent German is a huge plus
- Proactivity, good teamwork and interpersonal skills (you need to work in an international environment, on a global level)
- High level of problem solving skills and result orientated
